A cabinetry or millwork project is governed by the final written proposal, contract, change orders, specifications, and other project documents signed or accepted by the applicable parties. If a project agreement conflicts with these Terms, the project agreement controls for that project.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JC DESIGNS AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM WEBSITE USE, LOSS OF DATA, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR RELIANCE ON WEBSITE CONTENT. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING SOLELY FROM THE WEBSITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).
These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law and do not govern liability arising under a separate signed project agreement.
