A website enquiry, consultation request, portfolio discussion, verbal range, or preliminary estimate is for evaluation only. It does not obligate JC Designs to accept work, reserve production capacity, begin design or fabrication, purchase materials, or perform services.
You are responsible for providing accurate project information and for having authority to share addresses, plans, photographs, drawings, specifications, and contact information. Customer-supplied dimensions and descriptions remain preliminary until verified as required by the final project documents.
Pricing and scheduling depend on scope, final measurements, site conditions, design development, materials, hardware, finishes, taxes, delivery, installation, work by others, permits, and availability. Unless a written proposal expressly states otherwise, a preliminary figure is not a fixed price or guaranteed completion date and may expire or be revised.
Submitting an enquiry or approving a concept through a website does not authorize final design, engineering, shop drawings, fabrication, ordering, delivery, installation, or site work. Authorization, deposits, approvals, cancellation terms, and change procedures are governed by signed project documents.
Project feasibility and performance may depend on access, utilities, structure, environmental conditions, wall and floor conditions, code or permit requirements, designers, architects, general contractors, suppliers, and other trades. Responsibilities are allocated only in final written project documents.
Do not submit payment-card data, account credentials, government identification numbers, health information, trade secrets, or other unnecessary sensitive information through a general enquiry form. If confidential project materials are necessary, ask about an appropriate transmission method.
JC Designs will not treat submission of project images or plans as permission for public portfolio use unless permission is otherwise obtained. Any agreed photography, publicity, attribution, or confidentiality terms should be documented separately.
If you become a customer, the signed project agreement, accepted proposal, drawings, specifications, approvals, and change orders control the project. These enquiry terms do not replace or modify those documents.
